So I got my stand, Yay! but... it had some issues. Issues that would take a lot of time, effort, and supplies to fix. So I was pretty disappointed. Contacted Tim, The Woodguy, and he got back to me right away, and he says he's going to fix me up YAY!! Just got another message from him this morning and he has heard that people were wanting more spacing on the holes and asked if I wanted that as well. I said that sounds like a plan, so he's going to remake one for me and he's going to make me the revised version with less holes but more space between them so the tips fit better. Yay!! I love that he's quick to respond, willing to fix issues, and that he's taking what people are saying about the spacing into consideration too.
Just wanted to let everyone know in case anyone else was wondering how things would go for customer service with a new stand supplier![]()
