Tres cool! Im taking my first glassblowing class in April. They claim that I will make a flower, a wine topper, two paperweights and an ornament in two hours. I have my doubts about that. LOL.


every!thing I'm posting is borosilicate (pyrex). Enjoy! your class...glass sure is my mistress :D

A marble I help make at a team competition in Corning, New York. It's my friend's signature work. One of the largest borosilicate marbles ever! made 5 3/8" We took first place for extreme flameworking, awarded by Paul Stankard. Quite! an honor

The tulip chandelier reminds me of my mother, she loves tulips and tiffany glass. Very nice!

Does the stem of the vase have a rose in it?

I do hope you have small marbles around. When kids come over you can invite them to a game of marbles and once they are sitting on the floor-pull out your marbles.-LMAO

CORNING NY!! Hey Freddy I'm right down the road from Corning. I just revisited the CMOG after I got into the Trippy Tips....next time you're in town, drinks are on me :)
