so basically it turns an device into a regulated vv? so can you use this on a 3.7 device to make it run 5v?

Variable Wattage Adcuri, with a 10 Watt Max, take out your 18650 and replace with AW 18490 IMR as well, dont waste your time with the smaller 16340, use the 18490 but ya can use a 16340 if ya want to, and only IMR Batts ! Can also run them in a Reo Grand or other Bottom feeders as long as you can Ground it, if its a metal mod no problem, any other you ust run a ground wire to ground it, also any metal Tube mod works pretty much that holds an 18490 or 18650.
