I'm about to head out to have coffee with some friends.
Update on my friend Mateo: I have been speaking with his husband Nykolas all weekend and it's been a lot of waiting on tests. Things move slowly in the hospital, especially on the weekend it seems. So far, they are saying that there does not appear to be any permanent damage to his kidneys, but beyond that we don't have a whole lot of information. Keep those prayers and good thoughts comings, I really believe they make a difference!
Also, on an unrelated note. Has anyone who uses carto tanks ever had the liquid shoot into their mouths? I am using the same carto brand with the same hole puncher in my tank, but this one keeps spitting at me. I just changed the carto to a brand new one last night, so I'm kind of confused. Any ideas?

Kat, probably just a faulty carto or a bad punch job. There are two things that can cause a tanked carto to spit that I've experienced: 1-it's feeding too much juice too quickly or 2-the center air tube is partially collapsed causing you to suck juice up through before it can be vaporized. Happens to me once in a while either because of a bum carto or me being over-zealous when I punch it

I think it was just a bad carto because when I removed the tank it had flooded from the bottom of the carto as well. I hate when I waste juice.

Thanks for all the prayers, guys. I really believe sending all that directed good into the universe really does help to heal.

I had such a great time weekend. We had the High Sierra Regatta and we ended up metaling in 3rd place. Saturday afternoon we had some huge winds, kinda scary and a hell of a ride

Good morning! I had a trip to the vet this morning since my Kitty isn't feeling too well. I am going to start my new workout routine today so hopefully Kitty and I will both be feeling awesome really soon! After workout time it's TrippyTips creation time!
