Bert, I'm loving my Clean tank as well. I'm clinging to hope that you will be having the ribbed ones on the next sale: it's the only thing keeping me from getting another one from Avid, lol.
Well, I've got a shepherds pie in the oven as we speak. It should be interesting; instead of mashed potatoes, it's mashed potatoes and turnips. It's definitely got great flavor. The meat mixture's a bit bland though; chalk it up to British food, lol. Next time I think I'll substitute sausage for some of the meat. Imagine, a combination of shepherds pie and bangers and mash!
