Well I was wrong; the shepherd's pie was awesome as is. I think, living in the land of spice, I'd forgotten just how comforting something more delicately spiced could be, lol.
I'm trying to decide whether to go check out the B&M vape shop today. Normally, it'd be a no-brainer, but it's cold! And the wind is brutal!

Mmm, sheperd's pie is good stuff. I mix a can of chopped green chiles in with the beef, just adds a little extra flavor to it without being overwhelming

The temps up here have been swinging all over the place day to day from 30 to 60 for a couple weeks. Got a little bit of a cold setting in today, probably thanks to that. Gotta love New England weather

Happy Sunday evening Tripsters! Hope everyone had a great weekend. Mine was busy as hell trying to get ready for family for Turkey Day. Did all the shopping today did a complete sanitizing yesterday aother errands. Man I'm exhausted lol. And the next 3 days is doing all the prep work after work so all I have to do Thursday is stick it all in the ovens and enjoy myself. Well time to finish up and hit the hay. Ttyl hugs to all

I bought a huge ham and all the ingredients needed to make it awesome, and dropped it off at my moms, I love that she volunteered to cook it if I bought it lol. I don't really have to do anything else until wednesday. I need to make a batch of m&m cookies and a cake for my nephews birthday, which is also on thanksgiving this year and then make a giant batch of mashed potatoes on Thanksgiving day. Mom and sis will be making the rest. Awesome, kinda lazy, thanksgiving for me this year

I've got class tonight and then I'm done for the week! I'm heading to ATL tomorrow. My aunt in south GA does Thanksgiving every year; I'm taking a mess of greens and some chocolate-dipped coconut balls. I'll make those on Wednesday. I'm dropping off Sophie shortly for a spa day; I'm having her nails painted gold this time (go Saints!). Then I'm back to do laundry and started getting packed up. Since my puppy wakes me up at the crack of Hell every morning (it was 5:30 this morning; I'm considering euthanasia, lol) I figure I can use it to my advantage in the morning and get out early.

morning all. 2 day week this week for me. we are doing thanksgiving at our oldests house this year. i usually like it at our house but if all gets too crazy at least i can just take a bunch of leftovers and go home,lol.
Yeah, leftovers are my favorite part of things as well. Just picked up Sophie from the groomers. Her nails sparkle! Literally!
On the vaping front, I just got in my 3-pack of Newman's Own Ginger mints today. I also received an email from Josh, the guy at Xmods.
Apparently, he's in your neck of the woods, Bert: Littleton, CO. He didn't give a price, but since I asked for the same package as a Phin tin, I'm guessing $60 ( I want the metal button rather than the black plastic). I'll get it in the mail to him while I'm at home. I'm gonna have a Dragon to go with my Penguin!
I've got 2 spare tins. If anyone wants one, let me know and I'll send it to you.
