You do not want to confuse a hookah with a PV. Hookahs use tobacco (shisha) and burn it, leaving ash/charcoal so you are inhaling smoke rather than vapor, and combustion is different from vaporization. It is a huge difference, and the major one that differentiates vaping from smoking. You wouldn't want to use a hookah to quit smoking, but you would use a vaporizer to do so.

Bottom line: If you call it a hookah, you will give people the false impression you are smoking.

They have "Steam Stones" now that are soaked in zero nic e-liquid ... no shisha used.
