We just need UV lit attys or tanks that light up these tips and we're all set! :D

My old goat mods has a uv led on it that works pretty well...but you aren't required to use a uv light for them at all. Any light will work, and as an added bonus a heat source can be used to charge up the glowiness without the use of light. A heat source such as oh I don't know...the atomizer coil that sits right next to any installed drip tip!

Oh, ya I know! But with a UV LED shining on it, it glows no matter what, not just in complete darkness... I'm obsessed with neon and GITD stuff with UV light... have been since a wee tot... love the look of glowing things at night... :)

I am plotting ways to get glow in the dark drip tip in multicolor... I really want the one shown. After all, I was the first to ask if color could be added to glow in the dark base.... Hummmm I wonder if he can be bribed... Chocolate? Dark dark chocolate? Candy?... A puppy... No no, that's not a bribe, it's a torture... Hummmmm...

You can use Conformal Coating w/UV Indicator to make things glow.
Here is the spray and some spiral wrap:

Here is the wrap under UV cold cathode light, a UV LED would do the same:

I used the stuff a lot when I was into modding my computers:

With UV:
