WOW, word of mouth is powerful! Last night after I snagged a tip, I had to go tell my peps about it. I went onto another thread and told the peps. The one that knew about it congratulated me and the peps that never knew about them will be in line for the next sale. If something is awesome, people will find out about it!

They were sold out in a matter of minutes. They were list under currently available and they were all mystery tips. They went on sale a 12:50am EST. Next moth they may have some more. If you don't get the news letter, I recommend getting it!

I thought I was going to get an email when they were availible. I didn't know I had to stalk this thread everyday, thats why i signed up for the newsletter. and for the payoff to be only mystery tips? super lame.

Totally missed out 2 as for me it is then night time, will never grab them like this!! But on the bright side I have heard the beta team is finished and we will be able to buy as "normal" stalkers those beauties!

He doesn't send out an email at the exact moment they are available. Here's an exact quote from the last tipped off "After they have been available to the Beta Team for a week the price will be reduced so that they are available to the general public." There are also quite a few items on the modders forum that you have to "stalk" from what I have seen... I have been watching for quite some time and he doesn't only put them on at night. I have seen them go up at all sorts of times in the past. I mean, if 15+ tips sold in probably less than 15 minutes then how would anyone get them if an email went out at the exact moment they were listed. It would come down to who has a smart phone or not and I am not in that group

if it were not for mystery tips i wouldnt have my favorite tip ever. ill say it again, i never would of thought to buy this tip cause its different than any tip i ever saw. i bought last night on mystery and didnt even make any requests, if im not satisfied with what i get or it just doesnt fit my style i can trade it to another trippy person who would love it.

Yes, doing it as mystery tips is a bit odd for the buyer. But I'm sure it's a lot easier for Bert. Plus it keeps people from sitting there hitting F5 for hours/days trying to get one as they slowly get rolled out to the site.

Honestly I don't mind waiting for the sales, or doing the mystery tip thing.
I'm just happy that Bert makes them and gets them out for sale once in a while because the one I have is by far the absolute best drip tip I've ever had.

My only issue with the mystery tip is the part about waiting to see what I got LOL
I'm impatient and I wanna know now! LOL

I have a smart phone, it does everything! except let you call out... it takes a team of people and an operations manual to even find the phone part LOL
