I'm at work, I am guessing Beata listed one and hit enabled accidentally again. That message means paypal can't match your address with the one you put into the website.

I dont know if this is the right place, but I ordered 2 tips on Sunday night. It is still showing Processing... Anyone know how long it usually takes for Bert to get things sent?

Well, I never looked at the status on the website before, but I did now just for you.

Mine show "processing" as well, however, I got a receipt and then a shipping notice with tracking number in email almost immediately after the sale...just as I always have. These notifications would come to the email address you are using for Paypal. Bert is always super fast shipping our tips out.

Did you get a tracking/confirmation #? I ordered Sunday and already got the tracking/confirmation #. It shows still processing on the Trippy site but I show it left CO already via the tracking/confirmation #.

If you haven't gotten the tracking # yet, did you check your spam folder for it?

hi, i placed orders also 1 on the 18th and 1 on the 20th and both still show processing on the site, but i have received shipping confirmations for both i would check paypal and see from there what it says both my paypal payments say complete
