He refuses to take the bus. LOL. When I tell him he has to, he will choose to get up at 6 am and walk three miles to the school in the freezing cold instead. I've tried everything else! His video games are gone, TV is gone, family room privileges are gone, phone and computer are gone, no friend allowed over, no going anywhere and still he has 20 missing assignments from the last 2 months! It's annoying because I know he's capable. He got straight A's last semester because there were video games coming out that he really wanted and I told him I would buy every one of them for him if he got straight A's. And he did and I bought them. But there's nothing he wants now and I'm tired of bribing him. He's almost 17, time to grow up!

When push comes to shove..... tell him you are going to go to school with him and sit with him in all of his classes to see that he gets his assignments done. And then do it if you have to. Works like a charm.....

Yeah. LOL. I was saving it to give to my teenager, but he just flunked all of his classes for this half of the semester, so I told him he needs to buy his own if he wants it. And I recommend he works on that or he'll have to start taking the bus to school!

My mom took my door and bed at one point lol and that seemed to work oh and i had to pay for my all my own stuff (not food but everything else) and concidering i didn't have a job or any money i couldn't do or buy anything lol it stayed this way till my grade were at least c's and it didn't take me too long either haha
