Had to make DD's lunch ... I am amazed she is still doing this vegetarian stuff (in a serious meat and potatoes house). I think it's been a couple months, and this from a kid who vomits when veggies pass her ...

Kami - sure, I have a couple bags of baby spinach here. Grated HB egg also? Cheese? ..... I make good salads.
Dave, I like most humus, but we got some at Costco that came in individual little cups, I thought they would be good for lunches, and it wasn't your normal tasting humus. It had a lot of lemon juice in it, probably to help it keep, and DD put a kibosh on that.

My Mom is from Palestine, if I ever bought hummus in a store, I'm pretty sure she would hit me with something
OK...........what time is dinner?.............I dislike cooking.....baking.......making salads....kitchen power tools.........but I make a wondrous coffee.....still use a press, old school I guess..........have I mentioned I'm lazy

We use the Stouffer's lasagnas since we can get a big one for when we visit, no clean-up, etc, but she has a fit every time. Good thing she's 84 and not as fast as she used to be ....
