OK, I finally caught up. I'm glad you all are having a contest! LOL...I need to say that I have heard your concerns about some of your TrippyTips being too tight/loose from earlier. I check ALL of the TrippyTips to make sure both o-rings fit in my sizing atty. It is an average size according to my digital calipers, and the atomizers I own. Unfortunately the size of atties varies between brands, and even between atties from the same company some times.

Here are my proposed solutions:

A) I can figure out a way to post a "TRS" (tightness relativity scale, yea I just made that up) with each tip (IE Sizes ranging from 1-20 would be listed with each TrippyTip and once you know what size fits best for you you can aim for that number) The different sizes would basically be representing 100ths of millimeters. The TRS would be listed in the description of each tip and you could even browse the TrippyTips by TRS

B) I can narrow the acceptable tolerance on the slots a bit. If I decrease the tolerance to a +-.05mm instead of +-.1mm I will have to adjust the price of things to reflect the amount of work it will take to do so. The slots would take me 2-3 times as long to cut so there would be less of a steady supply

C) I can provide different sized o-rings which can be put on to the tips so they fit looser or tighter depending on the solution you are looking for. The downside of this is that the o-rings of smaller sizes actually cost more because they are less common. They are 3x more expensive and I've noticed that they are more fragile (because they have to be stretched more) which is why I don't use them currently. They are also a real pain to install and shoot across the room at alarming speeds if they slip out of your fingers during installation.

Does anyone else have any suggestions? If not, which option(s) would you like to see me pursuit?
