Get them clean and very dry. Put on any cleaning/coating/polishing products such as Flitz, for bare metal (Flitz can be used, gently, on many other surfaces/coatings and leaves a protective finish) then store in air tight container, but only as long as you use lots of desiccant. You can get various size desiccant pouches/packets on Amazon. I keep small ones in all my vaping boxes including atty/carto and other supplies. Many things we purchase, now days, from electronics to leather purses are stored and shipped with desiccant packs. I had several tube mods, sitting up in a glass, in open closet, in room with average humidity. After about 8 months the Don had some tarnishing and a little scaling on the outer aluminum.
Remember that different metals touching can react with each other and cause a chemical reaction that will create some scaling especially when moisture is present. Tarnish on silver and other metals is one example of a reaction with air and moisture.

Hey guys if anyone has free time today do you think you can do me a favor? Grab your favorite PV, calipers/measuring tape/ruler, and measure the dimensions of it. Then email me those dimensions at (b.hlp10)@(gmail.com), I am trying to experiment with something and have a limited collection of PV's myself to measure.

I suspect your trying to design slots for various PV's........problem is......... most foot prints are significantly different.

I have a "Slap your Moma" gadget and they are great, really useful with Tanks. They get the carto's out without breaking your nails.
Still haven't received my Trippys yet and now I will have to wait till after Easter to Postal resumes. Hope they arrive soon.

That includes every GG ever made, and still have the original Nano, Grants in like new condition, but sold off some GG's as of late,,, and have been starting to sell off a lot of it. Also the original Empire Beta Mod that Keith gave me many moons ago when he started making them, I gave some input to help him along, he's a super nice guy too. Other haves = Offshore Race boat,,, Fishing Boat,, and a Hog no pony, use to have a 70 Mach 1 with a 429 cobra jet in it,, closest to a pony I ever had Kami But I wished I could have a pair of horses,, your lucky

Actually since there are SO many types of mods and everybody here are such fabulous collectors I am steering away from slots for the PV's. Hypothetically I would like to make something that could fit a wide range of tube and box mods so I am thinking of more like a leaning stand to be added or two "y" shaped forks sort of like a BBQ spit
My current mods, the Twin Buckeye Phids and my Buckeye Burl GRIP, with 3 of the coolest Trippy Tips ever!

Hey Brutus, I've been looking at a grip just can't decide on feeder or drip. What model is the one you have there? Also which of the button positions are most favored.
Nvr mind I can see the plunger. Can ya drip on a feeder?

Wow Brutus what a nice collection. The Donut is da Bomb. I'm still dyin' for a Honeycomb donut to find it's way into my stable. Then I could stop drinking the the splash from my HH357s. I've stepped down the nic levels with the 357 cause I swallow about as much as I vape! Brew
