I hope everyone is doing well
*Not a healthcare professional* BUT I have had sinus issues FOREVER. Can't diagnose ya, sorry, but that could be part of a standard sinus infection and/or ear infection, could be a jaw issue alone, could be a teeth issue. Ibuprofin & benadryl to get any swelling down, might help you a bit.
As for food, I think you and Blu covered that.

Frit is little bits(kinda like crushed glass) added to add color to the design
Here is an example of frit.. all the little colored bits in this tip are frit
Dichroic frit is little bits in the glass, i think some of it maybe even metal, though Bert would have to say for sure, that reflects light differently depending on the angle
Here is an example of Dichroic Frit, all the little green reflections (best seen in the black lines, but some also seen in the white) are Dichroic Frit
Best things for sale nights:
Make sure you are signed in.
Buy only one tip at a time, add more than one and you get nothing more often than not. You can add the extras like o-rings or brushes beforehand though.
When the tipped off comes, start stalking this thread for the actual sale announcement.
As for when the site is empty... it seems that it's usually less than 5 minutes after the sale starts if all is going smoothly. Though there have been times when people got tips a few hours after the sale (once because of the time of the sale, another time because of glitched tips)

Good Morning Trippyville! I have decided to post in the morning to assure I am caught up from the evening and on board with crucial happenings. ie: new foal has a Momma! The Mexico vacation, the donutless list?? HHhhhmmmm, geeks and nerds and assorted book discussions. I am an avid reader but no sci fi.I prefer psychological thrillers or murder mystery or well, I admit, I am a James Michener fan. Had to be, read so fast the hobby was getting very expensive. Hubby bought me the kindle when it first came out and asked if I wanted the newer version. I am techno ......ed, can work the e reader but...........I guess I am a bit crazy but I like the feel, smell and ability to SEE how far along I am and where the plot is possibly going. I end up buyng the e-version AND the hard back. Now, the "hobby" costs double! Before I actually kept up with this hread, I would get "Tripped off" via email and run to the site only to find NUTTIN! Could someone share with me how long before the site is empty of goods to buy besides a brush and o rings? Also, how does one prepare? Do you fill out the cart with a brush or what not and be reay to add and then get directed to paypal or should another window with paypal and Berts addy in it be ready to go? My "fast fingered helper" left for Mexico and I am on my own and scared I will be left Trippyless. How soon before the sale are the choices shown and are they numbered or what? I have NEVER seen a trippy on the new site and quite frankly have no idea what dichromatic or frit mean. I assume di means two and chroma means color, so it is two colors???? Frit? Latin would never help figure frit out. Many other trippy words are "Greek to me" Is there a glossary somewhere or a pictorial description? Morning Tipsters, I contacted Joker about the Mod that supposedly got lost going back to the seller unless you have tracking you can do nothing or get a refund. The cost of postage with tracking was more then the Mod originally cost.
As this is the second time I have had problems on the "The For Sale" section unless I know the person or they are from Trippville I am not buying. Sad but I just lost $160.00 on two items and can do nothing.

My guesses as a diagnosis requires a thorough examination..........
1.Have your wisdom teeth been removed? or are they not down and cut through?= possible wisdom tooth impaction or other tooth abscessed in the trigeminal nerve area
2. TMJ- a jaw and very painful disorder that usually appears slowly over time not in an acute case such as yours.
3.lymph node inflammation caused by an inner ear infection and/or a severe sinus infection both of which are quite serious if left untreated as the meninges (the lining of the brain) is quite close and can cause meningitis if left untreated.
IF when you place your chin to your chest it causes back pain OR you have a fever I would say go to the ER. If not, use ibuprofen and see a physician in the morning.
That is my 48.95 cents worth on that
I do hope you are feeling better very soon. I am offering suggestions only, nothing compares to a good examination by a competent physician or NP or PA.(that was a case of CMA as advised by Odi)
