D, I was told my another member there was a sale tonight, she told me the newsletter was suppose to go out DAYS ago, I never received one. So yea I'm ......, everytime I try to buy one of these things there are surprises. This thread is way to big and confusing, just in the 1 minute it's taken me to type this there have been like 10 replies, it's totally too much. Why not just handle it from trippytips.com and get rid of all this confusion? It's very unorganized. I don't think I deserve to be attacked because I'm confused, it's not like I caused the confusion. Look at all the posts on this thread? How is anyone suppose to keep up with this?
no tipped off here either. I'm pretty far down on the mailing list tho

same here. I am usually one of the last rounds. maybe because I am on the east coast. I dunno but it always comes sooner or later. It will be here soon. Some people have found them in the spam file.

I didn't say he was sketchy, don't put words into my mouth. I said not getting the newsletter is sketchy. I'm out of this, I'm not getting into another flame war with people and then taking the heat for it from the mods. Forget it, it's not even worth it.
But I want to play in the sale!!!! LOL

tipped offs don't go out days in advance! There will be talk here and normally bert gives days advance notice on this thread! if you come here every other day and ask we will answer if a sale is in the works but tipped offs go out at least an hour in advance but never more then a day in advance
If you don't like it don't let the door hit in the ... on the way out.
adjust your attitude a little towards the positive and these same people will go to great lengths to help you out on a personal level.
I think I'm going to take an hour nap and I shall be back by 3am. It is 3 am my time EST right?

If you'd read the thread.. he creates these tips almost up until the day of the sale, then he has to light them and photograph them, then upload the photos, then create the trippy tip off letter and then list them on his site for trigger at sale time. Then his mail server has to spit out the newsletter to a lot of people. I haven't received mine yet either. I want a donut. Demand far outweighs supply right now. If you have an alternate solution that isn't negative love to hear it.
I would be cranky too except he also sends really pretty tips to other suppliers who list them. Some photograph them like crap so they dont look as nice (but are when you receive them). But he's even solving that by now providing vendors with his photographed tips illuminated correctly.

Newsletters go out about one HOUR , mebbe 2 before a sale. It's not confusing, just demand outpaces supply. This is the fairest way to deal with that. If this isnt to your liking, wait til a vendor posts them & buy there. Doesnt seem like many others have this issue. Just my

Your friend is misinformed, the newsletter goes out the same day of the sale, sometimes one hour before, sometimes a little sooner....
As I said before, it is what it is, Bert does the sales when he can... that's the way it is.
