I have tried twisting it in, sliding it straight in, lubed the insdie of the carto, put a drop of juice on the orings...

If you have a local hardware store like Ace, you can take an o-ring off your tip in with you and get 1 size smaller. I had a couple of tips that acted like that, and a smaller ring wound up being perfect.
how the heck did you get the bottom o-ring up to the top? that's crazy... my o-rings never move... wow.
anyway, what type of carto are you using again?

It's just a standard boge xl... Pretty run of the mill. I'll try a smaller oring. I am disappointed.

I only had one Trippy that was hard to put on... and all I had to do was twist it for a bit.
if you are using a brand new carto, it should give some after awhile. also the o-ring will break in too. after awhile, you won't have to struggle. it goes right in.
most of my Trippys go in easy.
sounds like you just got an odd ball. changing to smaller o-ring should do the trick.

I've got a couple like that....thems the breaks. yeah, make a run down to home depot the ones they sell work pretty good for trippys that are too tight.

Well, the most important stuff was my paycheck! and everyone elses and some bill paying lol.
Technically I work for 2 trucking companies, a scale, and a repair shop. My job is keeping all the accounting work (I hate paperwork, no clue how I ended up doing so much of it) for the 4 companies straight, & integrated yet separate
I am the AR/AP/PR/HR Department on most days. I am also tech support for anything electronic, whether I know what I'm doing or not, LOL. I also create frankenstein monster phone & office equipment out of stuff that is older than I am just so everything stays functional... There is a bunch more crap that I do here, most of it very random. I do not have an actual title LOL But I have been dubbed many things, some good, some bad, depending on who I was dealing with at the time
So in other words you are the "go to person" its always good to be one of those, you are the person that makes things happen!
