Tb2 is the metal tip. On the vivi tank, after I mod mine I can send you pics and instructions with drill bit sizes. Do you have replacement silica wick already and what size?

Hi folks, back from class. Wow! Amber, I was thinking about getting one of the vivi rebuildables, but if it needs that much fiddling, I think I'll have to say nada.

I would wait for the v2 or v3 to come out. This one has a lot of problems that need fixing. Easy to use once it's fixed, but a pain in .... to get it up and running the first time.

two days ago I finally had a beloved TT sacrificed to the tile floor behind my bar in the man cave. While this one is not of wild colors or anything I really liked this particular tip. It has rested on my bar for the past few days and I just could not bring myself to throw it out. This evening me and the trusty Dremel tool (with a diamond cutting wheel) went to work resurrecting an old friend. Sure the old TT lost some length but i believe has gained some character . Damn I love the Dremel tool. Long live my "shorty" TT

Get some kanthal a-1 32 gauge and some 3mm silica wick. You can find both on silicawicks.com. For about $35 you'll get enough to last a couple years. Lol

the tb-1 has like an ego c plastic tank that you fill that drips down on the wick and coil. may be awhile before i try it out

That's why I didn't get any of those. Vaping my tb 2 like crazy though! It's a lot nicer than I expected for $5

It's all good. I have 25+ in the collection and it was fun to tinker. I am actually digging the shorty version of that one now

Something else good to know sooner- if you start getting dry burns on a rebuildable turn your voltage down. Means your wicking power isn't strong enough to keep up. Wicking ability can be increased with a few tricks but not by much unless you've got a serious problem.

Not sure if Michael's posted on here about the results of my ultrasound, but finally got them today after I called my dr. The results turned out great, a couple of minor problems, but NOTHING to worry about! Yay! But it sure seems like they took their time letting me know, since doing the ultrasound on Friday morning, and my dr. had the results that evening! Lot of worrying for nothing. Thanks for all of the well wishes tho! Nice to know that people do care!
