question on this little rebuildable i have. it doesnt have near the flavor it had before do i clean it with water and let it dry overnight?

I wash mine under the faucet, then blow on it a minute and shake it a little, fire it up to see if the coils are still in line and no short, then put the cap back on and load the juice and vape away again.
