It looks like a cocktail. Ones with OJ topped with a splash of grenadine or creme de noyoux. It looks like the thick red syrup is cascading down through the orange juice in a hurricane cocktail glass.

I say call it a Tequila Sunrise Hurricane Fat Bottom Pillar.
