Has it really been a year already? Heartiest and most heartfelt congratulations to both you and Beata!

May you always have enough
happiness to keep you sweet,
trials to keep you strong,
success to make you eager,
friends to give you comfort,
wealth to meet your needs,
enthusiasm to look for tomorrow,
and a growing love to make each day
better than the day before.

Well Good Morning everyone! Sorry I have been absent the past couple of days, and will be again today (It's my ONE YEAR wedding anniversary!) but tomorrow I will have a BUNCH of new stuff to share with you. Have a wonderful day!!

congratulations on your first year, Bert and Beata. You guys are an incredible team. So happy for you both to have found this experience together. I love you guys :D

So, a year ago. I was honored to share space as a member of Bert's wedding party with these moments as they unfolded. Bert ans Beata chose to wed at Red Rocks, Co. on 10/22/11. It was a beautiful event and an amazing time!

Bert and Beata as seen through my camera on their special day

Cyclin, you could also teach her the 1 finger touch. I did that with my grandsons and it worked like a charm. They would touch stuff I didn't want them messing with with 1 finger only and nothing got broke.

Time to baby proof the house cubbards in the kitchen.
Did a little more baby-proofing this weekend, was sick alll weekend and still today so that sucked. I'll have to try the one finger only thing but she's not even 1 yet so she doesn't really understand

Finally a sunny day while I am home so here's a pic of the current situation behind the rainbow

That is AWESOME! I am totally sending something in to become a top... Now I just have to find one I can stand to part with

oh just wait cyclin you ain't seen nothing yet  about the time that they can run from you and say no back is the time you go oh heck no your not going to do that
you'll say no trust me hehehe
Lol when she can start saying "No!" herself is when I start telling her "You know I never planned on hitting my children, but I can always change my mind!" Lol kidding tho I really won't. I have a feeling she will act like that with her mother and not me tho.. :D

And just wait until BabyGirl gets to be a teenager. You ain't seen nothing yet, Cyclin. :p
 Is there a serenity prayer for parenting?
Starts something like "God, grant me the willpower to not huck this brat out the window..."

I'm doing great, Star! Saints Won!!!!!
I know!! Was never a Saints fan before, but my cousin signed with them this year so now I am lol

Well Good Morning everyone! Sorry I have been absent the past couple of days, and will be again today (It's my ONE YEAR wedding anniversary!) but tomorrow I will have a BUNCH of new stuff to share with you. Have a wonderful day!!

Cyclin, who's your cousin?

BTW, great vape-mail today! I got my pipe in! It's a beaut! I filled a resurrector with a peach-flavored tobacco I have (I couldn't see vaping Strawberry Shortcake or Snickerdoodle in a pipe, sorry) and the reviews were right. It really packs a punch! Really tight draw and more throat hit than any device I've used, again just like the reviewers claimed. I had to check to make sure I was vaping 12mg juice, cause I actually got a buzz! Tremendous amount of vapor! I can't wait to show up at today's faculty meeting with it!

Wow! that sounds like quite the crafty youth you lived!

I wasn't as fortunate on hands on crafting while growing up, but creativity was alllll around me constantly, my best friends mother was an abstract painter, I love the smell of oil paints drying and all her friends made an impact. So, I painted as well then. I moved to the US at 13 and my world turn upside down, so I didn't paint much then. When I went to college I was majoring in Psychology and I took a general arts class and my passions were sparked again right away. Since then I have made a living making semi precious stone jewelry, wands made out of horn and copper with crystals, bead looming and leatherwork, stained glass and off course flameworking. I took a path were I have constantly worked with professional craftpeople as I have learned their trade, for the most part. I was self taught in leather and wand making...I mean, where's there a wand making school, anyway

Good Morning everyone, I've had a mixed weekend of woes, fun and work. My schedule has shifted slightly for the time I have left in my North Carolina studio. I have been asked to completely shut down my facilities instead of departing for the winter. It's a mixed blessing and added stress to me. I will be liberated to participate in studios with peers that I share joined studies with more hands on next summer. I am already creating a schedule and it's going to be awesome! I ; as well, now have a heavier workload appropriating equipment I was going to leave here as well as dismantling my studio. I am grateful to have a two week window to make this happen, but I'll most likely not be as frequent here while this process unfolds. My flameworking setup is going down last tho....I mean the day before I depart on Nov. 8th...so lots of quality packed custom and development glassy time left here, for sure :D

Ok, have an awesome one...I'm off to prepare for shipping to Bert tomorrow. I'll check in here and there for messaging during the day.

Got to talk with Peace last night. She's still a little out of sorts, but things are slowly getting back to normal she said. Hopefully we'll see her around soon.

Thanks for the update Amber I sure do miss Michelle around here

Freddy what does shutting your facilities there mean exactly

Scott Winnewisser

He just graduated Cal Poly early this year and was signed on as a guard. Don't think he played that game tho cause he's still on the reserve list. :) We're all very proud of him, tho I am still a little ...... he got bigger than me  He's a couple years younger than I
