Hello, I am very sorry about this. We have aranged the refund for Coralie. We have sent her order out twice trying to get her order to her. We are very sorry about this and we are removing our over seas ordering option from the website until we can figure out why our packages keep getting seized.

im convinced berts guess on what is happening to my cartos is correct in that the coil part gets too hot and burns a hole in the tube. sux that it always happens to the ones with great flavor too. ive had several of late that will have great flavor and i go through like 1 tank and refill it and all the juice leaks out from that point quickly. im using a prive and trap tank with the screw on top. sad that the ones that dont have great flavor last forever. very upsetting.
Mike are you filling your tanks from the bottom or the top of the tank? When I first started using a tank on my BP, I was always flooding them and was refilling them from the bottom of the tank. I started refilling them from the top, and I don't flood them now. Just a thought.

it has a screw on the top of the tank. i just remove the trippy and screw and fill the tank there then replace the screw and trippy. i actually had one yesterday freshly punched that leaked right away. i suppose i could of somehow went too deep with my punches but with the problems ive had of late im pretty careful about that. i suppose the tube inside could be a little off center near the bottom.
Then you are filling them from the top then. By any chance do you a phinny tank you could try one of those leaky cartos in? That would help rule out it's either the tank or the carto.

sash, initially before the carto goes in the tank i fill with the condom method then place it in the tank and fill it up. patti has our only phiniac tank and she hardly ever changes cartos...yuck!! lol.
the cartos i have are boge 3.0.
i had a very tiny crack in the top of my prive tank and thought it could be the problem but i replaced that yesterday and first punched carto in it leaked

I wonder if it could be those cartos then? I think I remember something about Boge cartos being borked lately. I remember reading somewhere that the ones with the 2 short condoms on them rather than the ones with the long on the bottom and the short on the top.
I do a condom fill when I use a new carto the first time and then let it sit for a bit before I put it in a tank. Maybe try filling them less the first time?
Edit: Could the o-rings on your tank be the problem? Maybe new ones are needed?

pietro, i have considered it. i love the provari itself but the cartos are making me mad.
sashi, the juice is leaking right out the bottom of the carto. may just get some new ones to try as i think these are in fact the problematic boges
