Hey all! DD and I are baking diet pumpkin muffins .... they will either be good, or horribly wrong. LOL


Mike, I think the crack in your tank is letting air in and upsetting the pressure balance. I left my screw out of my Trap, and it all drained out the bottom.

I would try the cartos in another tank .....

sounds yummy blu do they have milk in them ? if not could you post the recipe if they turn out good
my son loves pumpkin and muffins so the 2 in combination should be a hit lol

Star - no milk ... we used water, Bisquick Heart Smart baking mix, canned organic pumpkin, pumpkin spice, and Stevia/Splenda ..... oh, and about 3 TBSP egg whites.

They are almost done, but look like they are gonna be pretty heavy. Who knows until DD eats one.
I am doing my Atkins, so I may have just a tiny taste and spit it out.

Star - DD just had one warm ... she loves them. They taste ok, but a little solid for my tastes. Not very fluffy.

I guess more baking mix, but we figured 60 cals a piece, and the baking mix would "up" that.

We used -
1c baking mix
1/2 can pumpkin (sm 15oz can)
3 TBSP egg whites (carton kind)
approx 1/4-1/2c water .... I eyeballed it
3 packets Splenda
approx 1ml liquid Stevia
a ....-load of McCormick pumpkin pie spice ..... LOL

We got 9 muffins out of that, but DD wanted to make the last 3 muffins all huge so they would look like the muffins in pictures.
Probably could have gotten 12, but they'd be more "cupcake sized".

To use the other 1/2 can of pumpkin, we thickened up the same mix to make cookies ....... not really MY idea of cookies, but DD likes them also.

Just added a tich more baking mix.
