Maybe not that exactly, but he certainly wasn't glowing with praise on his Darwin review like he usually does for everything else. I can't think of any others off the top of my head, but I think there was at least one other that I've seen with a lot of negatives. Nothing against Scott, but he is a commercial reviewer, so I don't pay much attention to his opinions anyway. I'll watch his videos for information on what something is or how to set it up, he's good for that kinda stuff, but the whole opinion part I just skip
What other lengths are people liking?
Looking forward to trying the wick tubes.What length are they gonna be? I read on a thread that several are liking the 15mm ones that don't go all the way down in the tank so that the ss wick wicks better.
Correct willow, the trailblazer guys are suggesting that the SS wicks better without the pyrex tube being inside the tank. The tube also needs to have purchase inside of the upper surface of the tank cap to give it rigidity. Some have long centerposts while others are shorter.... etc...etc....The best length to use is going to depend on the Genesis MOD and your personal preference.
So I am not yet sold on a single set length..... Here are a couple of examples as to why.....

No I have not tried that particular Genesis......but it looks similar to all Genesis attys' ....So I'd go for it at that price

Ok this is gonna sound weird but I died my hair red red for years lol, but then one day about a year before granddaughter was born I decided that at age 40 I was not gonna do it anymore and just go natural...so after letting my hair grow out and cutting the color out...my hair was naturally a dark brown red lol. I guess I just forgot! It has a few strands my great grandmothers bright silver going through it, but hey I like it lol.

Greetings!!! hope you are all having a great post sale day...I'm feeling pretty settled now (2 weeks into my move) and I had a very productive trippy tip week even though my main piece of equipment, my sweet torch was actually in need of repair since I got here and it's been a bit humbling I've been using a much smaller model....but this is all in the past now and Pietro was inssssstrumental in making it all right. He found the right hands to to the repair and now all is in "awesome" mode. This coming weeks I'll be mixing in specialty art glass crafting, customs...which I am super grateful for the patience of you guys as I took this time to move and settle in, Thank YOU!!!!...and a few batches for supporting vendors. I'm really using a lot of super cool art glass and mixing up shapes too on the upcoming batches. LOTS! of helix donuts as well.
Ok, so I have also been really busy setting up the beginnings of my signed and # marble series. I have shared with you some of the last "artist studies" while doing so...I now am into the first 10 on the numbered series. Number two is currently on auction in a marble collectors page (facebook) and here's the link. It's currently at $130 and it's 2"
