Heeheeee, you sound like me... I went to bed at 11 and woke up at 3 to go to the bathroom and couldn't get back to sleep Tossed and turned until 5a and finally just gave up and got up I see a nap in our future

I couldn't help it I went ahead and purchased the little blue p.. I mean mushroom tip. There was just something about it. I think I just had to have the novelty of it lol.

Oh my, good luck Katann -- I've tried resetting my clock that way and it's not as easy as it once was If you do give in to a nap, make it short, set an alarm! That way you'll still feel it and be ready to sleep tonight
