great tip there bert... tough question though, i guess mostly good but gotta have a little fun too.

surevapes looks like a great deal but for some reason they dont have a carto tool to sell also.. i seem to have misplaced mine. guess ill order the cartos and think of something else to buy somewhere else so i can get another carto tool

What is a carto tool?

the one i had was a solid metal one i got from brad. they are used to change cartos out of the tank and to help refill. i used to have some little plastic ones but gave them all away to new vapers

Oh, it's like a plug for the top of the cartomizers...I could make one out of glass for ya if you want.

yes, it is a sort of plug. this one is actually a tip also which i havent seen before but note the whole thing will pass through the tank. when you push it down its skinny at the top so you can fill juice in a phiniac tank or one like it.
