I remember when DD got her braces off. She got them in 8th grade and taken off as a sophomore. Well during that time she was going from that awkward 'tween' thing to a beautiful young woman, but but still a mouth of metal. When she got her braces off the transformation was stunning.

Orthodontists are very smart, the seem to time it perfectly....... so all the damn $$$$ they charge dosen't seem to hurt at all

I'm definitely feeling out of sorts this evening. I think the events of the past few days has caught up with me. The shootings in Connecticut, learning that my crazy neighbor tampered with my mail, a conversation with my narcissistic, insensitive father, and my faux pas on nu-vapor this morning.....I'm feeling....., sensitive. My cure for this tonight is to watch movies and eat Haagendaz chocolate chocolate chip ice cream.

What do you guys do to soothe the soul?

I'm a Texas girl so 99% of the time it has to be Blue Bell, but when I really need a soul soother it is Talenti and a good poodle snuggle. Works every time.

I have to agree with Vintage, I NEED a dragon too! I'm such a want monster! first it was donuts I was obsessed with, then honeycombs, now dragons.....

We all seem to get that way It's ok though, keeps Bert & the gang busy dreaming up new things to keep us wanting

Well this is the swatch of color she gave me. She liked the honeycomb top you just made and sold but said the fucshia along with a pearl white element in a honeycomb style using a bit of sparkle (pearlescent) would be perfect. If you can find the time, you'll have another loyal trippy fan I can assure you. You can just tell me how much later Brew

Depends on what feels like it will work at the time. My standards are: Horror movies & root beer floats, doing something crafty like beading/jewelry or crocheting random things, chocolate fudge ice cream from baskin robins, and calling my bff or if it's really bad just driving up to her house for a weekend.

Hi everyone! Finally home from son's graduation. He graduated from MTSU with a BA of Science (college of liberal arts), cum laude, honors, and 2 different arts honors (forgot what they where called). I'm so so very proud of his accomplishments. I cried like a baby. Smiled like.....well smiled a lot. Then we all went out for crab legs/lobster, boy am I stuffed. Awesome day in my book.
