I have been remiss in posting creations since those PV organizers, which i should probably sell now that I can lol. So here's what I'm making my godparents this year. Still needs a sanding, then I will go back over the letters again to darken them a bit. After that I just throw on some latches and we're good to go!

Finally got Trippy mail today!
ohyeah.gif

And got most of my typical last-minute Xmas shopping done . . . no thanks to one retailer that doesn't update stock quantities in real time :glare: Had a Galaxy Tab 2 7" ordered for a killer price, only to get a notice today that it was out of stock and would be 2-4 weeks before more arrive. Fortunately I found another retailer at a similar price to order from and cancelled my previous order

Snow today, crappy sleet for the most part, but things are looking nice and white and Christmas-ey now

Evening, Tripsters!

Now much did you get? We only got a dusting, then freezing rain...would be nice to have a white christmas

I'm good, Mr. Awesome :D

Damselle, not too much, really (I don't think I'm very far north of you, I'm right over the border from MA). It flurried yesterday enough to cover the ground, mostly sleet this morning turning to rain this evening, but enough snow is still left on the ground to make it feel like it's actually winter. Heck, the slush this morning was probably the most severe "winter" weather I've driven my current car in and I've had it for almost two years now  As much as I don't want a lot of snow, I certainly don't want another winter like last year with nothing. It just doesn't feel right if there's no snow at all

In the clouds
I wonder if anyone else is experiencing this problem with Chrome -- earlier this evening when I logged in and tried to get back here from a link on my "Likes" page -- it kept coming back with an "internal error" and I thought ECF was down.

So I couldn't toast my Trippykin with glass of wine I was having. A half a bottle of wine later and it was Zzzs for me

I just tried to get back here the same way from Chrome and still "Internal Server" errors

So I tried Firefox and to my delight, I've caught up with all of you

Dear TrippyTips Collectors,
Please keep Freddy in your thoughts and prayers. I don't want to go into details, but he is dealing with some really heavy stuff right now, and will hopefully be recovering soon. What he has done for TrippyTips and glass art in general is beyond amazing, and now it's time to return some of the love. I want you all to know he is safe right now, and hopefully on the road to normal, but the last week has been especially rough for him.

With thanks and Love,
Bert

OMG .... sent hubby to town to get a small tree, already decorated, like you'd see at Pier 1 ... Aaaaand of course I didn't show him a picture.
He came back with the most Charlie Brown lookin' little tree I have ever seen, 2 boxes of HUGE ornaments, and a tree topper that weighs 5 pounds.

Oh! And a "Hello Kitty Chia Pet" ..... WTH?

The tree? Or the Chia Pet?
