Lurker coming out. These are two I picked up tonight. I just could not pass up that crazy twisted helix.

I have no idea how tall it is. Good thing I've got some big mods to balance it out. If I put it on a mini it might fall over.
Hi house mouse, I love it when lurkers come out to play! Karen, sorry you have to deal with the conundrum of duped sales. Most people will understand that it is not your fault. Who doesn't have issues with computers from time to time? If it were me (and it has been as some of you know) I would explain the situation, and give them the choice of a refund, a second pick, or send them my way and I will have another one made for them (please let them know that it might take some time for option 3, and that no two TrippyTips are exactly the same but I'll get it close).

I won't be up too terribly late tonight either.
Before I hit the sack, I want to ask everyone if they think that is the best way to handle having a computer glitch where the same TrippyTip sells to two different people. If it's not, what suggestions do you have for KCOS? I went through several software suites before finding one that could handle the demand/competition for certain TrippyTips to solve this exact problem at TrippyTips.com!
I couldn't decide so made a friend choose.
There is a taper I may have to go back for grrr willpower.
That is one of my favs.. swirls of clear see through color --

I would say that if a glitch happens an offer of another tip or if the buyer isn't interested in another tip, a refund. Stuff happens.
The apology and explanation sounds good to me, then offer refund or second choice, and just as an added courtesy maybe throw a 10% off coupon code or something like that
Edit: Or maybe not even a 10% off but something just to sorta show how apologetic you are, and being a collector herself, I know that Kcos knows how it feels to miss that one that you REALLY wanted so just to make sure you don't lose a customer or get a a bad review, maybe throw in one of the less expensive mawn tips, like a 3-4 dollar tip or something just to make sure the customer doesn't walk away upset
