Nope .... I have an interview for a possible job Wednesday. I figure they want to see copies of the stuff I listed?

I have and it was a wonderful experience. How long it takes depends on several factors, mostly how long the list is. It took a couple of months for mine, but it was shortly after they started doing them, and there was a whole bunch of folks ahead of me. Here's my Artist choice:

Well it has been over 90 days since I placed and paid for my order and PMs to Bert have been unanswered. My order was for a fairly simple tip...nothing at all like the fleur-de-lis.

They got flooded pretty hard with customs so it put them way behind. Bert is usually pretty good about returning pm's so thats odd but he should be along shortly and read these posts and should be sending you a pm to answer your ?'s

Aww shoot. Let me start by apologizing for overlooking your PM Absintheur. I will get back to you right now via PM. Although that is not the craziest request we got with the customs we are working through them in the order they came in. I anticipate being all caught up within a couple weeks (this goes for repairs as well). Like others have said, we got flooded with orders and on top of that life happened. The combination put us behind the time line we would like to see these go out within. I am sorry for that as well. In the future if we do custom orders again I will be limiting them to smaller quantities to avoid this.
