I've got a question for you techy types. I'm looking at getting a tablet. I was looking at the Kindle Fire HD until I saw some reviews for the Samsung Galaxy 2. I"m looking to spend around $200, so please don't bother bringing up the IPad, lol. As a newbie who still has trouble using his smart phone for anything other than a phone, what advice can you give me?

Woot has been selling Motorola XOOMs on the cheap lately. They are fast reliable units with big screens. On sale they are just over $200. As a bonus if you are a Verizon customer you can add a data service and have internet anywhere Verizon Wireless services.

Keep in mind, when you diet and exercise, you replace fat with muscle, since muscle weighs more than fat, not losing is still a good thing, your losing SIZE. Fat takes up more space than muscle.
I've been doing the same thing, since starting TKD. Its now been a year, and I'm just now starting to loose weight.

Well I'm sore but I'm continuing on. I am down 8 lbs. from my high witnessed right after Xmas but I've not really lost a pound since I started the "official" diet and exercise regimen. Man as hungry as I feel you'd think the body would start to feed on itself but I'm guessing I just have those good Zombie Apocalypse genes that will allow me to go under-fed for long swaths of time. Delilah, I share your pain. Oh well, I can already tell that the weight training is working as every muscle in my body aches. Well back to it. I have a bit to get done before my 3:30pm workout commences. Vintage hang in there. Amie it’s nice to see a ray of sunshine for you. Willow I’m still thinking about you and her family. Thanks Bert, I went and checked them out. One problem: One of the reviews pointed to a link where Motorola announced that they were discontinuing it and would no longer support it. Bummer!
