I'm home from work today after trying to get out of my driveway this morning and having my tire freeze up on me. Yesterday, on my way home from clinical and errands my right back tire began to make a very loud womping and banging sound. the car kept pulling to the right. I made it back home and brought it to a mechanic who is practically around the corner from me. they found the lug nuts were loose...how did that happen you ask? good question. I had a nail in my LEFT back tire repaired two weeks ago. as far as I know, they didn't do anything to any other tire....maybe had taken the right back tire off by mistake. thing is, I had to bring it back to them last weekend because the tire light was still on and the headlight they were supposed to replace was still out. the replaced the light and filled the tires with air, which fixed the tire light....i hope to God this was not some maliciousness on their part.
So, apparently, the wobbling tire broke some piece of the "brake"? which is now being fixed.

Greetings and blessings everyone! Time just keeps grabbing a hold of me, but I will report I have been a busy bee and there's some beautiful trippy tips heading out to supporting vendors. I have also been pursuing my marble making passion....which was somewhat ignited by you all as well. I can recall a time were I didn't have to make them...well, not so much anymore. Here's one that we plan on listing in the next sale, it's 2.9" #26 in series and a true Freddy testament
There will also be two more in this size range and 3 that are smaller (around 2)
Expect to see some amazing trippy tips from Bert, DHC and myself on the sale as well! Bert has made some awesome ones and I know he's just thrilled to be getting as glassy as he has been.

Ill have to sit the sales out though, I just bought an SUV full of glass tubing and extra tools so my hubby doesnt steal mine. Too bad I forgot I dont own a scoring tool big enough for the tubes I bought. Guess Ill have to improvise for now. LOL Thank god I still have a day job.

I REALLY hope I can swing this trip but I'm not sure if I will have the time. Going to do a bit more research to see if it can be fit it in without much vacation time impact. The Mrs. may not be interested if it's an "All about vaping" trip but that doesn't mean I couldn't go solo. However I can't be waking up with a Mike Tyson Tattoo or there would be some serious 'splainin to do.

Heya Amber, I just wanted to share that using any scoring tool will do for any size tubing or rod. If you run a cut onto the glass, wet the cut line and apply a heated rod (say 6mm or so) onto the cut it will break =) Also, there are scoring tools in disguise at lowes and other large chain hardware stores. They advertise them as sharpening tools....they look like this!
