My house is paid off in 5 years. Once that's done, I'm planning on a full kitchen re-model. Hopefully, I can either a) get more storage; or b) make my storage more efficient.

Does anyone own or has anyone used a Clean tank? What was your opinion on them?
ive not used one but they have been on my list to grab. i think kill either has one or had one
I had one, sold it a little while back when I was paring down my collection of gear. Overall I thought it was an awesome tank and looked great, but I could never sort out my o-ring sizing issue. Any size I tried that would fit in there was too tight on the carto, so it was a pain to fill.

I had the one-piece version. Loved the look of it, the weight . . . everything but the o-ring issue. I suspect if the o-ring grooves cut into the tank were a little larger I could have used a more standard size o-ring (those were smaller and thinner than any of my other tank's o-rings) and been fine.
I'm not sure what happened to them, but after the first batch and some complaints about that very issue the manufacturer kinda dropped off the face of the earth and even Cisco didn't say any more about them. I'm guessing it wound up being just as much of a headache for him, too.

So are you thinking about maybe doing an all-glass Trippy tank, Bert? I'd be more than happy to beta test for ya ;-)
Are there any other design improvements you would like to see to the Clean Tank kill? It turns out they were manufactured here in Denver, CO...can't really say more now, except that there's a chance they might be getting trippier soon.

Well, I never got to try the two-piece version, so can't offer up any feedback on that one (heard the same "extremely tight fit" complaints about it from others, though). The fit of the carto in the o-rings was my only real quibble with the one-piece tank, if I'd been able to solve that problem I would have kept it
Same here! I love glass tanks. You don't have to worry about cracking them.
Speaking of which, I'm really impressed with Vixen Vapors. They've started putting a separate label on the bottles of tank-killers, identifying them as such. That's very responsible of them.

LOL, not a pro. I had a friend back in ATL who was a chef. No way in hell would I do that! Miserable hours, lousy pay, etc....

Speaking of cooking, I just made a batch of Snickerdoodles using my convection feature. I did it both ways: a tray was cooked at a lower temp for the full time and the other tray was cooked at full temp for lower time. Can't really tell a difference, they're both AWESOME!!!
Crisp on the outside, incredibly tender on the inside. They didn't spread as much as I remember them spreading though. I'm gonna make another batch using my conventional oven to make a reasoned comparison. You can never have too many cookies!

Cook it with a can of coke, I kid you not this is some of the easiest and best ham I ever had.
