Just remember the only time pre cooking is of any use is if the item is a raw meat roasting type with bone in. Other then that its always best to cook and eat right after. Other wise you end up with dry shoe leather lol. If you are gonna pre cook something you never fully cook only partial. Make sure to bring back to room temp then finish cooking. So lets say it takes 2 hours from raw you cook it 45 let rest. Dont forget it will still cook even after you take out of oven so when you go to recook you will only need to cook for 45 more if put in at room temp.
