You guys amaze me, you think I am so strong when in fact I have the whole of Trippyville supporting me, each and everyone of you give me strength and courage without this support I would struggle believe me.
Tomorrow Porsche and I are attending a luncheon in support of Breast Cancer. Tonight Ralf washed her in the shower, what a sight. I couldn't stop laughing. Well at least she is clean and smells lovely. Ralf had to have another shower to get clean himself.
So I was just working out my speech and thought how do you explain "Trippyville and all your support"????
Cancer is such a lonely illness but having support is so important. When you are at your lowest a touch or smile can make all the difference.
I wonder if I could wear a Dragon costume?

I generally explain it as a place similar to facebook only for ecig users where we talk about everything from recipes to whats troubling or happy times in our lives or kinda of like an online support group for nicotine addicts

Well poop. Looks like I may need to assume guardianship of my younger sister. Ain't that a pain in the tookus.

You guys remember my younger sister who basically lives with me? I feed her all of her meals, buy her clothes, she spends every waking moment at school or my house other than 10pm - Morning on school nights. Well anyway it looks like she may be fully moving in. And if thats the case, to have the ability to sign her into doctors appts and school junk I might have to assume guardianship as Power of Attorney may not apply to her as a minor. Geez.

You'd think my dear mother who is sending her other daughter (the worse one) to Europe, pays for all her gas and insurance, and does all the same for my layabout 21-yr old brother, could afford to give my better sister lunch money. Or even buy her a $6 freakin' can of hairspray?!?

Ugh. But hey in lighter news! We are moving into our new house next month! My sister just may be moving with us

We had to assume Guardianship of my husbands little brother a few years ago. The only problem with that was that he lost his state assistance. I have to pay and keep him on my medical insurance etc, just like if I was his parent. However, I will say this- schools, doctors, none of them have ever asked me if I was his legal parent or not. I tell them he is my child, and they dont ask for proof. The only person who ever wanted to see my legal guardianship was DHS and my insurance company. So if she receives any type of state assistance and you can get away with just saying she's your kid, thats the way to go.

I'll have to look into if I can get any state assistance for her but I don't know of any she qualifies for. If anything I may just get the child support my father pays. Honestly her living with me will not raise how much I already pay for her, as we already take care of her food/clothing/essentials. I'd be happy if all I got was to claim her on my taxes, as I am am already out the money for the previously stated stuff for her
