After the next test my doc is talking about determining length based on the results and putting in FMLA short term disability for me at work. Could be another 3 weeks or so to set that up, but I am taking off next friday and the following Monday for a nice 5 day weekend. Thinking pool and torch time, not simultaneously of coarse.

My day got better. And I'm done until Monday so it's all good now, lol. I'll have a 5-day weekend next week as well; I'm heading back to ATL on Wednesday to spend the 4th with family.

hey all, i got a bit of good news today... i can now get out of the house and at least ride in a car. not cleared to drive yet but getting out is gonna feel great in itself. looks like i will be able to make my regular trips to the post office once more. i really wanted to make a big vape meet this saturday but since i cant drive thats gonna be out. looking like i may be off work the rest or most of the rest of the summer.

Happy Friday Tripsters! Busy weekend for me. One our vapors bday today who also owns a b&m party today then a Vape Bowl party I set up for tomorrow. Sunday is catch up lol. Then starts my summer run where I have to be up at 2:30am to start my day. So I will prob be scarce during the week but will catch up on the weekends. Hugs and well wishes to you all.

Been busier than a 1-legged man in an .... kickin' contest. We just got put out into the pouring rain for a fire alarm in our building. The power went down once and then back up and then down a second time for about 30 seconds when that shrill alarm started. Since we have a major diesel generator out back capable of powering the entire building for days without refueling my guess is we did had an actual fire. Fire trucks showed up and 20 minutes later we're back at it. We haven't heard what happened but it definitely wasn't a drill. Saw about 50 cars head out for an early start to the weekend but poor old me is still here. No rest for the wicked Brew

Waiting on my hubby to get home, we are going out for burgers tonight. We found this place that has the most amazing burgers and their french fries are to die for, maybe literally, as I kind of feel my arteries clogging when I eat them, lol.
