i can't stand madvapes. their mark up on EVERYTHING is outrageous. every email i get from them i take pleasure in deleting as soon as i see it.

Agreed. I took them OFF my vendor list. Some of you may recall early on, while waiting for product release, madvapes was the first to carry them, for $75! At the time, only game in town, I bought a Pico instead. I saw a nugget recently for $25. I hope they end up with their stock sitting on their shelves.

I think I paid 26 bucks for mine at 3avape. They're running out fast though. When I bought mine they had a 160 left, yesterday I saw they had only 11 left, just the silver color.

I really wish I had bought more then one now, they're still over 40 bucks at most other places.

You can get 'm for 19 bucks a piece if you buy at least 5 at allibaba. If it wasn't at alibaba I would probably go for that deal.

I bought my white nugget the week it was released on FT and a white cubiod to pair it with -- was surprised when package arrived and they had sent me the Gold Rush kit, which included the 49er tank too. Some others reported the same then too. Its a pretty good tank in itself!

Was $29.19 with MAP coupon, which is still active.

Situations like this make up for the other times when you cart a bunch of items on FT that say 'in stock' then end up with a restocking notices in the orders page and end up playing the order reshuffle. :)

Wow, thanks for that, that code still works indeed.

Nr. 2 is one the way

You may want to check with them if they are going to send the 49er tank too. That may have been an early promo in itself. Otherwise you may only get the mod and not the tank too, as i noticed that they have added the kits products in there too now.

Oh that's ok, I have no interest in the tank at all. I don't use pre-made coils so it would just sit here unused anyway.

Thanks for the heads up though

Sweet - i wanted to get the copper but at the time they only had black or white.

If i get another its def. a copper.. i really like the look of it.

You can use the MAP coupon repeatedly, or until they disable it for a given product.

Good to check the product discussions or their forum for any other related coupons for other ecig stuff.

Yeah, it was my first choice as well, but someone just beat me to the last one at 3avape when I bought my first one & I couldn't find another one for a decent price, until you came up with that code that is

Good to know, I might need it again some day. The mod alone came down to 26,65 with the coupon by the way.

Now where to find a matching copper RTA... lol

So those of you that use TC on their Nugget, how do you feel it works?

TM Ti mode is all I use and I have noticed some differences in performance compared to my Evic VT (the only other mod I had, but it died on me last week).

It appears that the maximum wattage setting affects the temperature more than it should, on my unit anyway.

My coils made of 28g titanium, two strands twisted together, id 3,5mm, 9 wraps, 0,4ohm, don't draw more then 16 watts or so on average, but I get a cool vape at 30W & 210 degrees and a warmer vape at 35W $ 205 degrees for example.

On my Evic VT I could hardly notice the wattage change on the same coil/RTA so I suspect they've taken a shortcut somewhere with the way TC works on the little Nugget. I've never gotten a dry-burn or anything like that though -not even when I forget to open the juice flow control on my tank (happens more often then I care to admit, lol)- so it does work.

As it happens I enjoy the vape I get from the Nugget more so it's not a complaint but just an observation.

Curious about others their experience though, as I had only one mod to compare it to.

I asked a moderator to edit the link I posted to the wrongly advertised "upgrade" cable by the way, and I just received a conformation from Fasttech that their product department is looking in to it.

I've also told them what cable the Nugget needs to do the upgrades and asked them if they could possible sell that one too. I'll let you guys know when I hear from them again.

Working great with the cubis and a rebuilt notch coil.. no dry hits and got it at 50W 280C 316L 24G @ .45 ohms.*

Yeah sounds like a TI issue - SS appears to be okay with mine. I'm running firmware version: 100201603263.

They may have fixed it with newer firmware updates - but hey.. we cannot use a standard micro usb data cable to do that! XD

* I had to take the 49er tank off - couldn't rebuild the little fokker. I tried for an hour and a half and just gave up lol.

I guess I'll have to order some SS to try then, thanks for the feedback

My firmware version is 100201604151, I think it's the latest..?

There's no RBA for that 49er tank is there?

As it turns out the copper Nugget wasn't in stock after all by the way. I never received an email about the delay but I just saw on my order-page that it is expected to be in stock on the 16th all of sudden. I'll wait though,I just hope they ship the Serpent mini I ordered tomorrow & not hold it until the copper Nuggets come in

Yeah, i just checked and it looks like you got the latest firmware.

Not that i know of, FT doesn't even have the coils for sale lol. Might grab some elsewhere of the SS ones, the one i got with kit was kanthal.

Argh, that happens a lot there.. its one of my pet peeves with them.

Well, it is nice that you get the latest firmware version at least when you buy a new one. Joyetech isn't able to do that, or so it seems.

Yeah. I've read that about Fasttech. I should probably cancel to teach them a lesson, but I want that copper Nugget, lol

Scratch that:

The copper one has a much glossier finish compared to the black one, it's a bit of a finger-print magnet. Doesn't mean I like it any less though :)

It reads the resistance of my coils a little (0,02ohm) lower then my black one. I think the copper one is more accurate but I often have to screw on a tank several times to get a correct reading on either. Other then that they are pretty much perfect to me <3
