Thanks for another great video review, kc.

Do you know if these manuals can be charged in a 901 wall charger? I ordered a PCC kit with the manual battery, but thinking about maybe getting the long one on my next order.

My order was shipped yesterday ... waiting anxiously, of course. Might be here tomorrow or Friday I think. :D

wife got the autos and is now totally out of the 901 game, she's smilin now too! she prefers the auto batts, but I doubt all women do...she said she kept forgetting to push the button LOL!:D

Thanks for the review. I think I would have to get used to remembering to push the button. Clearly the design is different too...maybe that hole is plugged well enough that liquid won't leak into it.

Thanks kc! Gazoo, it really doesn't take too long to get used to pushing the button. And to me, it is just so much better. More of a normal draw I think.... but maybe that's just me. I am holding on to my autos, but manuals are my preference! When I lend out for people to try, I give them one of each - so far most have prefered the manuals. ;)

You can, but it takes twice as long, most 901 chargers are 100ma, VK's chargers are all 200ma. It works fine, but better plan on doin it overnight if you do it.

Thanks for letting me know. I have 2 901 wall chargers.

The 1st one:
Model DSE901-C
Input: 100-240V-50/60Hz
In DC: 6-24V
Output: 4.2V - 0.1A

The 2nd one (USB wall charger):
Model S6-300
Input AC110-220V 50/60Hz
AC 110mA
OutPut: DC6V +/- 0.3
DC200-300mA

I'm thinking the 2nd one will work, but I'm no genius when it comes to electrical stuff. :?:

If one of these won't do it, I'll just plan on ordering one from Steve with my next order.

Nice review, I'm definitely getting a manual in the future, will this fit the PCC? Probably will but just making sure..

the current PCC is too small for the uberbattery, but will fit the manual standard battery..you just have to watch where the switch goes..although not too closely, only if you see it's on the bottom or side when you screw it in the PCC. I screwed the standard manual in the pcc and the button was on the side and it didnt mash it..and maybe it wont no matter where it is, but that was a concern

Either of those chargers as long as the threads are right (both 901?) will work...the ac charger will do it, but slowly (no harm to charger or battery) and the usb will do it faster...the usb in a wall/usb adaptor will do it about as fast as anything since your USB charger will output 200-300ma, thats on par with an AC charger. I use a USB wallwart plus my VK usb chargers cause they seem to give me a "fuller" charge ..but thats me

Yep, they do. You just need to make sure the button is up. ;) The extra long doesn't fit though. I imagine it would charge it with the case open though.

I expect that he meant "will it fit" rather than "will it charge"..you are correct, I've used my pcc to charge them both..the button location is a worry, but not much of one, i really think the button is deactivated when charging anyhow as the light wont light if its on PCC and you mash it, or at least it didnt for me...
