Mostly, Big Foot has a pretty beefy tail. In all seriousness they've only tumbled once or twice. I'm pretty easy on my mods so can't really comment on the finish longevity. It survives my purse and desk at work very well but haven't had them long.

Well the brown has a shimmer in the pics or that would be my choice. I'd probably go for the red, asmodus red is a sharp color imo.

I have a buddy who spent a year and a half on this 1/78 scale HMS Victory.

Wow that is seriously beautiful work. I didn't build the model in my photo - it's way more basic than the incredible ship in your photo. It looks to scale - is it? Ask your buddy if he's read any of the Patrick O'Brien novels about the Nelson era British navy. My favourite books ever.

I've had my Pumper for a few days now and I love the pump system. I've used all types of squonk bottles on lots of mods/attys but this suits me the best so far. Something about the mechanics of pulling the pump lever down under pressure - it's so smooth. Another thing I've noticed about the Pumper is the battery life. Wow - Ange told me it was good - but it's so much better (battery life) than my other favourite unregulated/with protections single 18650 squonk mod the Luxotic BF.

Yeah, I love my Pumper to bits. The handfeel is just awesome too. And it is a really smooth pump action

The battery life in every Asmodus mod is just amazing
Especially in the Luna and Pumper - I'm usually running 0.5ohm coils, so it amazes me how long a battery lasts even using 25-35 watts

Got my Ohmsmium. It is quite chunky, but because it's stabwood, it's light, and its weird shape makes it kind of perfect in the hand. I haven't fired it up yet, but I'm sure it will be fine. My main problem is going to be finding an atty that won't look ridiculous on it. The brass is very strident, and I have a feeling stainless will clash with it. But then so will gold, probably. Any squat brass MTL RTAs out there (tall and skinny would just be silly)?

Bah, who am I kidding. I'll probably just stick a 24mm KFL 2019 on it and call it good.

I'm of no help: both of mine are black. But that I chose to get a second tells you that I like the mod, at least.

I have a gold KFL 2019 clone, but I was planning to perch it on the Thor. I've also got a bazillion EHPro KFL+ v1s. I think that one would look odd on either the Thor or the Ohmsmium, though. It's so tall and skinny, and both mods are chunky.

The Gata is tempting, in terms of aesthetics. Might have to pick one up.

The talk of the model Victory reminded of the morning many years ago when early one morning I was startled to see this moored in the bay below my kitchen window:

I like the brown and the blue. I have a couple red, blue and grey Colossal's and their paint jobs are like @bigbob2322 said "an excellent auto paint job". But so are all their colors are really.

I am going to grab a brown one. You don't see many brown mods unless they are stabwood or some high end wooden.

That ship is awesome. Yep, too much patience for me too. Every year here they have a big model train show where all the folks, mostly old timers, bring their complete setups and dioramas. All scales too. Some of their setups are huge. I go every couple of years and feel like a little kid all over again.

Those guys put their life and a ton of money into the hobby, it's for retired people only.

We have a Model Engineering Society in town here, these guys love to play with the trains they build.

Well I think I’ve made my opinion on squonking pretty well known- yuk- but it definitely works with the Pumper. I have 2 of the Pumper 18s. Would’ve preferred the larger battery sizes but I don’t like the color ls it comes in.
