Thanks! Not sure I like the battery sticking out. I’d be worried about damaging it, plus I’d have to match the batteries to the mod lol.

Yeah I thought it was a squonk too - it is stunning. If they bring out a stabwood colossal I am officially doomed ;)

LOL- It is not an exposed battery- there is a tube that the battery slides into.
I am sure it is pretty safe- I have seen other mods like this.
Oh, okay! Thanks, couldn’t see it very well on my phone. I guess I better start saving up for that then!

    I have info....

I just called Asmodus and they said they had a couple Thor left, so well yeah, one is Mine!

But also, there will be a V2 coming out around March. ‘A little different design, maybe updated chip’ the guy said.

I’ve already seen photos of the Thor II on their FB site. I think it was there anyways. Honestly thought it looked ugly and really glad I grabbed the original one.

    Found some pics.....

Am I a weirdo for thinking my Minikin V2 is pushing some vape/power at me for a second or two after I release the fire button? IDK. I thought it was my tank but then I switched tanks.

It's kind of like having a tiny fire button lag... Only in the other direction. I probably need to play around with my settings, probably.

Mine don't seem to have any lag- I push the button and Bam fires instantly and stops when I release the button-
Maybe contact Asmodus on Monday. They are very responsive on EMail, FB or call them- I have done all three and they have helped me.
There is an firmware upgrade on their site you may try.
New firmware updates have been released for the Minikin 2! Click here to see what firmware updates are currently available.

I’ve never had that, that I noticed. I’ll pay attention though, and let you know.

HI Fellow AsMODus Lovers, I just got my most recent order and needed to says lately I've become very discouraged with AsMODus, I began reading this thread for encouragement!

I had enjoyed the first one, the Blue Stabilized wood AsMODus (left) beautiful finish and color variations, it worked great for a few months and then my tank leaked. Aggh!!!!! After cleaning that up as much as possible a couple of days later the touch screen would no longer respond. Dead in the water Nothing. I tried the firmware upgrade and then I contacted AsMODus, they said it would need a full new screen and chip and wanted $100 to repair that! So now I have one EXPENSIVE paperweight!

I then tried the center one where with the chrome finish and yes it was too much of a finger print magnet.
I recently missed the first one and was looking at them yet again, and well now I have a new Green Stabilized wood AsMODus (right). I just received my brand new AsMODus where I had put in the note when I ordered it, NO purple PLEASE any variation but NO purple. Guess what was sent, yes it is Green and Purple.

OK it's still pretty color aside, the finish is all blotchy. Parts of the wood are shiny and parts dull and listless, mixed with the shiny resin I'm guessing where the resin infuses into the wood that is the shinier areas and where it did not infuse as much are the dull and listless areas.

So for what could be a beautiful amazing product, I really wish they had put a bit of love into the creation and polished them better so there were not blotches or just not as much of a difference in the overall finish.

I turn off all my mods when I go to bed. When I turn on the Colossals in the morning, it turns them off instead. Experimenting revealed that, when I tried to take a puff right after I turned one off, there would be no response, indicating it was in fact off, but, if I then took another puff, without clicking five times, I could vape. Anyone else notice this?

Addendum: If I don't touch the Colossal after turning it off at night, the next morning I can vape without turning it back on again. It's only if I try to vape right after the five clicks that it doesn't respond (and then does if I take another drag).

There’s a thread @vu where the guys polish them & wow beautiful colors just pop out & it’s all glossy.

That’s weird. So I wonder is it really turned off then? There’s an update for the Colossal. Maybe try that?

Yeah, I was thinking of updating. I wouldn't care if I knew it was turned off even though it vapes right away, but I find it hard to believe that's the case.

By the way, this happens with all three of the Colossals I've used so far (the other three I just tested and boxed up again).

I'll be curious to find out if anyone else here has had the same experience. If not, I'M SPECIAL!!! Great.

Sorry I can't help you as I don't own any Colossals- but I am sure the ones that do can help.

Oh that is a shame about your 1st Kodama- eventually I would pay the $100.00, better than a $300.00 paperweight. I try to use top air flow tanks with mine, so leaking like that doesn't happen.
My Prism Minikins are fingerprint magnets too, but doesn't bother me too bad.
I write in the notes too- I never get what I ask for- it's a shame, that we can't usually pick out the exact stabwoods we want! Your green one is gorgeous, but I could see why you would be upset- no purple, means no purple.
Yes I agree that these could be polished better- I have a polisher that came with mine and it works pretty good.
