Those have the sleeve as part of the coil, all you need to do is screw on the bottom ring that comes with the A-tank. If the top metal part fits a little too loose, just use a different o-ring on it to snug it up. Test fit the top part to the coil before you install it, as it's easier that trying to get it all in and out multiple times.I guess what I mean is "do these below come with that sleeve attached"
If everything fit's good, put the top piece in the borro, screw on the bottom ring to the coil (just snug it up as the little red o-ring will bow out with too much tightness. Lube the o-ring in the bottom of the borro and slide the coil up from the bottom until it mates with the top part. Reinstall your borro glass (easier with a little VG on the seal, if the seal bows out, slide the glass back a little and move it forward again. Might be easier if you put up from the edge instead of pressing down on the glass and sliding, sounds more difficult than it is.
