Aspire CF MOD Voltage Question

Aspire CF mod, the one with the 18650 battery, not the sub ohm one.

Does anyone know if this is regulated at 4.2V or as the battery loses power will the volts go down like a normal mechanical mod? I keep getting issues with my tanks flooding when the volts start dropping on my batteries, I'm hoping this will solve that.

It isn't regulated, starts off at 4.2v falls until over discharge protection won't let it fire around 2.8v.

Can you recommend something that I can use 18650s in that will regulate voltage, preferably cheap? I saw some knockoff dna 30 box mods I was considering, but I'm pretty ignorant on all of this still.

My suggestion is to go the APV forum and read through the VV APV sub forum to get some ideas.
Or ask more specific questions including a stated budget and features you'd like or need.

Although I have owned & used most of what is available in vv/vw apv's my requirements for an APV are fairly unique, what I use must be able to survive rough handling and the conditions that I use them in.
What I consider inexpensive may be considered expensive by someone else.

I assume you're using this with the Aspire Atlantis tank.

In that case, you might want to look in the 30-50W range, or even higher.

This is a good choice, and at that price, it's a pretty decent scoop.
