Aspire just launched 3 kits at a time, K2, K3, K4 good god!
For now pre-orders has started on many online stores, MVS, etc
At first look I thought it's a kit they put up cleito (in K4) with their CF batteries in new color?
With so many ego style options in the market(EVOD, Subvod, eGo one, etc), I don't know what's the pro, how do you think?
I really love their nautilus series, but not a fanboy of the brand.

the K4:

I sent them a Tweet. I like the black one, but I'm looking for a 26650 powered one. I don't even know what a K4 battery is.
According to their official website, the diameter is 22mm, so I think it's not 26650, most possible is 18650 or so. the have CF MAXX battery but donno where to find this big boy..

I'm trying to get them to build a 26650. I'd buy two right here.

I think of the three, the K4 is the only one that rates a wide bore tip. But no cuff like comes with the Cleito when purchased separately? Maybe the cuff wasn't a great idea after all? And the K4 kit adds a third coil (Cleito already had 0.2, 0.4 and now 0.27 but a clapton) to the Cleito lineup. Could be confusing for someone just starting out.

The K3 kit looks like a redesigned Nautilus. Looks like it still even uses the 1.8 BVC coil, which is a small bore coil said to be best suited for MTL. Why the wide bore tip?

The K2 also looks like a MTL setup with a wide bore tip. Only 1.8 ml capacity !!!

The fire button looks small on all three. May be hard to find?

I would want to know more about the batteries. Apparently they aren't VV, but do they contain circuit boards with safety features and/or firmware for constant output or are they strictly mechanical mods? And what besides mAh are they rated at?

As lovely as they are, I just don't see them replacing my Aspire tanks on a stick. Was too much trouble to get them just right. Well, perfect hitters for me. One DL and one MTL. Even if they are modified tanks with alternate coils and sitting on non-Aspire batteries. Don't want to start all over again when I have those bases covered. But the K kits could give someone a place to start ... and may not even have to change anything on the K4 ... dunno.

The K2, just like Aspire's introduction, is "an economic and convenient tobacco alternative",
1.8ml juice, 1.6ohm coil, driven by 800mah battery, diameter 15mm, not possible to be 18650, this is just I think an upgrade of it's former starter kit with K1, I think this is totally a new flavor to entry level starters that wanna smooth switch to vaping, but really donno whether it can sell more than K1 starter kits.

The K3, another "economic and convenient tobacco alternative" as Aspire said, but it also said it's open source tank, just like K2 and following K4, does this mean these tanks compatible with generic coils or even compatible with other big names' coils?? So far no clue of further details but curious about this, if so, this will be a big convenience for starters who wanna try several devices across brands.
K3 features 2ml tank capacity, 1.8ohm coil and 1200mah battery with diameter 18mm, no way for 18650.

Now K4, "an economic tobacco alternative with a direct to lung experience that is convenient to use and satisfying", so for now K1, K2, K3, K4 are a series for economic vaping solution, and lung inhaling experience has down to entry level with Cleito tank in K4, well thank you Aspire, but I'm wondering is lung inhaling necessary for a perfect vaping experience as an alternative to smoking? Could you stay away from lung when designing gears for entry level starters?

and yes @Hobbs, the buttons are a little to small, maybe not so easy for locating and pressing.

I have the Cleito, it has great flavor but it dry hits because the cotton it to far up the coil, it's a shame. Looks nice though ! Shame it's a fixed battery, a single 18650 would of been nice..

Hey Rixsta - I've been trying to figure out how hard i can push the Cleito... I have tried it with Ronin Bonzai juice (70/30 vg/gp i think) and fresh thai mango from virgin (100% vg diluted with distilled water) and the 0.4 ohm coil. Have yet to have a dry hit and want to know if I can push it harder. I usually take 2-3 back to back vapes @ ~2 second each / wait about a min or 2 and do it again. At 50 watts. No dry hits yet and about 4-5 tanks in. What's your approximate use when you get a dry hit?

For me as an almost 50 year smoker, it is indeed necessary and I like a slight throat hit on the way down as well. The only way I could see mouth only is if I'd come from pipe or cigar ... maybe ... or started as a non-smoker.

I just saw the Aspire Plato for the first time today on their website. It reminds me of the Eleaf iStick Basic with the GS Air tank, but man that Aspire Plato looks fiddly (complicated and/or detailed and may awkward to use and/or maintain). Can't see how their copy improved on the iStick Basic ... well, the Clapton coil might be nice.

Hmmmm, what juice and wattage? I'm curious because I have two I got as soon as it was released and have tried several juices in them and use them all day long and never had a dry hit. I've used from between 50/50 to Max VG from 30 to 50 watts - usually at 38.

Hi, everything was fine at first but then the dry hits starting coming, they wasn't bad and if I closed the afc and sucked the juice in, it would be fine again but then it happened again. This is vaping 70/30 on the 0.4ohm coil at 48w. It just got annoying, I have since moved onto the Super Tank with the Triton claptons and have been much happier with that setup, pretty much the same great flavor too..
It's probably me, I have sooooo many tanks, maybe I'll try a fresh coil in it again someday but as it stands, it's very hard to beat the Super Tank..

Interesting. Thanks. Yeah the Triton claptons are just about the same in flavor.

I have a CF Mod that I got for like $6 on clearance. Replaceable 18650 battery. Is a mech with built in safeties.
Similar to those mods. Got it with 20% off of this price.
Aspire CF MOD

They also have the built in battery version for the same price.

pretty simple tube mod, no worry to go wrong with it :)
