Aspire Nautilus Mini airflow?

I had forever ago bought an aspire nautilus mini, and have nothing but great things to say. Best clearomizer I've ever had. A buddy of mine just recently purchased one, and the airflow was so tight, and then the gurgling and spit back, and it was horrible... I took apart the atomizer, only to find that it looked as it should, and even tried the other coil, to find the same effect...anyone know what is causing this? How to fix?

Mmm. I actually never had a problem with the older coils BDC's included but the BVC coils produce far more vapor due to the verticle configuration and can handle higher power,

Yours works fine and is older, his newer and spitting juice with restricted airflow, correct? Currently Aspire has released a new coil head with larger juice feeding holes that seems to be causing flooding (gurgling), particularly with heavier PG juices (thinner), Why not try one of your older BVC's in his device and see if it resolves both the spitting and airflow issue.

It is good that you have yours to compare with his. Try swapping out the bottom hardware to eliminate that as well as the previous suggestion with the coil heads, then take a look at the top hardware (chimney) and driptip. Good luck Sherlock!

These devices are really not so complicated and with a little 'trial and error' I feel certain you can eliminate the culprit together with your friends and your nautilus's:)
