Just wondering if anyone has ever experienced feeling and occasional piece if grit coming from their mini? I've felt a gritty piece of something in my mouth after taking a hit, and sometimes even feeling it in my throat after a inhale. Could it be the ceramic wick coming apart? Any thoughts on this? At $5 each I hate to toss a new/working coil.

$5 each?? That's a bit higher than where I'm from. I can get a 5 pack for $15. If I were you I'll rinse everything but the coil and let it all sit on a paper towel overnight until they're dry. If not just slap a new coil in and make sure it's completely saturated before you start chain vaping. Do about 5 primer puffs and let it sit for 2-3 mins.

That's what I thought too, but I tried different air settings with the same results, thought it might be from my juice, so I tried it with my old clearo and all was fine. Guess I'll try what Davis75 suggested. Don't like the thought of ceramic in my lungs. I'll post the results another day. Thanks for the feed-back

Can we be honest?

Some of us use BVCs and are a little worried about the filler. I've not ever had an incident like this (20 coils or more so far) but would immediately stop vaping it if I did.

I do swap out the coils sooner rather than later and take extra care with priming and "sucking up" juice into the tank (without firing the mod) once or twice a day.

I guess if this has happened, stay calm. It's unlikely to keep repeating itself, not given the success of these coils from a general view.
