A 100VG juice should not be thin as water. You sure its 100%? If it's already thin, no use to thin it more with PG.

Also, don't wash your coils so early and too often. If you get a dry hit, lower your watts and do slower pulls. If you already have had many dry hits on one coil, it can be, you have damaged it. IMHO, cleaning it won't help, time to toss.

15W, in my experience, is near the limit of a BVC. I have been doing 17W, but it's too warm for me for a BVC. Prime your coil, put 2 drops IN THE COIL and on the air holes too before assembly. Screw it in, do primer puffs without firing and let it sit for 15mins. Then try on lower watts and work your way up.

Try another juice, a 50/50, as stated above, if you have it. If you don't, I advise to get it anyways. Why did you coose 100VG?
