Aspire nautilus / vivi

I have the Aspire Nautilus as well. I looked up a guide as to how to actually rebuild the entire "Wick" set up. I tried it once and I had gotten a lot more smoke, better flavor and it lasted quite a bit longer. It's just up to you if you would want to take time out of your day to rebuild a wick set up. RiP Trippers has a great video on how to do so if you're interested.

Micro Coil Build In The Aspire Nautilus - YouTube

I've been vaping for two years and have considered going back to analogs countless times because of similar issues. There really hasn't been a hassle free cartridge system. They leak, clog, taste burnt, mute flavor, etc., etc. I tried every cart and tank i could get my hands on. The best setup I've found is a protank with the airflow control from a protank3. Good flavor, good vapor, and it's easy to rebuild coils if you don't want to buy them.

I love the Aspire Vivi, I have had no problem with it and I'm on my second pack of BDC coils. It has better flavor than my protank 2, protank 3 mini, and my Davide bcc mini. It isn't fancy, but I think its a keeper. Does the Vivi take the same coils as the Nautilus?

i keep the itaste vv at 6.0 watts/power for the nautilus to prevent dry hits. I keep it on the largest air hole but sometimes it is needed to take some primer puffs on the smallest air hole to draw the liquid into the coil. I've yet to rewick the head yet but I'm sure it will help. I bought a 5 pack and am rotating them out till one goes bad on me. I've been somewhat fortunate with the nautilus considering some of the stories I've heard on here. Not what I was expecting though.

The nautilus mini has new coils that are supposedly better...they can't be worse...and they will work on the original nautilus.

Going to purchase a set of those and will rewick them when they go bad and toss the originals.

Honestly, I'd say skip them both and get a decent kayfun clone, but I did use Vivi Novas for quite a while, and never had any real problems with them, other than the heads being fiddly tiny things to rebuild, and buying them instead of rebuilding them offended my thrifty DIY nature. If you want to try them I'd go with something like:

SmokTech Pyrex 3.5ml ViVi Nova Tank

so you can see how much liquid is in it, unlike the metal tanks, but you don't have to worry about strong juices destroying it, unlike the plastic tanks.
