I am out of ideas Slayer, hopefully someone else will be more enlightened. I have been going over my Naut with a fine tooth comb since last night trying to find an idea beyond what you have already tried.

Have you still got the packaging for the tank and coils? If so, maybe go online and check that they are genuine.

I do and I will check that right now.

Just checked and it says congrats yours is real.

It's blowing my mind because these things are really not that difficult.

I re-posted over in the Veteran's area and linked to this thread. How does it work in that group, do they have to approve a post before it shows up?

It sounds like it is an air flow problem. Maybe you have a bad base which made it past the ever so famous (sarcasm) quality control. I say that as the problem you are stating sounds exactly like how my nautilus tanks reacts when not on an air hole. Try to put a pin or paper clip through one of the air holes in the base with the coil removed and see if the pin/clip goes through. If it doesn't, that would be the problem. If not, I also have had this problem with a beauty ring in the past where it restricted the airflow and would not produce vapor; once I took it off it worked.

Hey thanks for the tip. I just tried that and it goes all the way through, I can see it in the bottom. Was hoping that was the issue.

I also just got some new juice and its still the same thing.
