Another "booming business" plug. The ACS spokesman admits it is much less hazardous than smoking, but would not call it safe. What we have been saying all along.
I see this as AP telling investors there is mad money to be made here, which is becoming the common spin in the MSM. As we have been saying all along, follow the money, and the message here to me is leading to ecigs. A rapidly expanding US industry, in direct connection with China, is having those with the money salivating, me thinks.
