Asthma and problems with vaping/ejuice..? 4 days in. Halp

Ok got my first rig 4 days ago. A mini protank 3 and a vision spinner from my local vape shop. I told them my situation and they started me with a 60/40 vg to pg ratio with 12mg of nicotine which I'm thinking was too much. I used to smoke a black n mild a day quit for a few months and was craving something in my lungs so I got this vape. I could prolly do with with 6mg? ANYWAY, my consern is with my SLIGHT asthma that I have. I'm not sure if its what causing problems or if some are coinicidence with when I'm actually having a vape session but my symptoms go as followed, and there not all a them same time

-Wheezing after an inhail (Could be the first hit or after many) I can feel it and hear it in my breathing.
-Slight left side chest pain (Which could be heartburn since I usually vape after a meal)
-Lightheadedness
-Minor hot flashes
-Sometimes a minor cough thats not a throat clearing satisfying one

I know its not my clearing from analogs cause I havent touched them in months. What do you think? Too high of nicotine? Vg or Pg allergy? What I got was a blend they made themself thats what they are known for doing. They user virgin vapor. They also have 100% VG there. Should I pick some of that up? Or just try lowering my nicotine with the 60/40 vg-pg first? I dont think nicotine would cause wheezing though... Think its just my asthma? Thanks in advance for any replys!

i shoud also not im lloking to have more than a 2 hit session and get milky hits a can ghost while still feeling a little bit of a throat hit.

Welcome Cody, I get a very heavy wheezy feeling in my lungs using high vg. I tend to use a higher pg liquid with no problems. You might try that. Since you will be vaping so little... definitely try 6mg or even 3mg.
